At Merlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

However, if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has another issue caused during shipping, the return shipping cost will be covered by Merlow.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
